The community is invited to attend the Park Duvalle Annual Community Health Fair on Saturday, August 19th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Park Duvalle Community Center located at 3015 Wilson Avenue.

The Health Fair will have a ton of information ranging from Tobacco Cessation, Diabetes Management, Stroke Prevention and Management, Mental Health/Substance Abuse, Sickle Cell, Nutrition and Healthy Eating, Lactation and WIC, Environmental Education/Info, Exercise Demonstrations & Safety Information.

There will also be FREE health screenings including school physicals, sports physicals, blood pressure screenings, blood sugar (glucose) screenings, cholesterol screenings, oral health screenings, HIV testing, vision screenings & hearing screenings!
