MSD will hold a Conceptual Design Public Meeting on Tuesday, January 26th at 6:30 pm at the Neighborhood House located at 201 N. 25th Street for the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Basin—a covered underground basin - to be constructed in the Portland Neighborhood. This is the second in a series of public meetings concerning the basin project. This meeting will provide the community with the opportunity to learn about the conceptual design phase of the basin and offer an opportunity for input and comments.
