The Northwest Neighborhood Place and Kentucky State University Jefferson County Extension Office invite the community to attend a health and wellness educational program focusing on healthy food and nutrition, food safety, storage, and discretionary calories, Each Tuesday beginning February 2nd and running through March 18th, healthy food and nutrition classes will be held from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm at the Northwest Neighborhood Place, located at 4018 W. Market Street.

Classes will include cooking preparations as well as making healthier food choices in meal planning and portion control.
