Have you been diagnosed with diabetes, but are not sure how to manage your condition?

Whether you are recently diagnosed or have been diabetic for years and need a refresher, this class is for you!
Topics covered will include what is diabetes, glucose monitoring, problem solving, healthy eating, medication management, sick day management, healthy exercise, and goal setting.

The Diabetes Self-Management Class Series will be held in conjunction with Louisville Metro Public Health and Wellness on Monday through January 23rd from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm at the Shawnee Neighborhood Association Community Room located at 224 Amy Avenue.
