PortShaw Community Center, 3713 W. Market St in order for the developers to discuss the building of a new Family Dollar store at 3901 W. Market St. The Family Dollar store plan proposes acquiring 4 parcels of land along West Market Street and rezoning 3 of the parcels from R-7 to C-1.
